German Motorcycle helmets have become extremely popular among riders.  Although they are considered open face helmets they are DOT approved and have a very distinct style that offers a bit of the "Rebel factor" and still offers the protection desired by most motorcycle enthusiasts.  They typically come in glossy black and matte black finishes but can also come in many different colors and even a chrome finish for that added touch.  As with open face helmets, riders often wear sunglasses or goggles for added eye protection.
